1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using the SiriusPulse diagnostic center management software developed by Sirius Lab Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Software Use License

Sirius Lab Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your diagnostic center's daily operations. You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit authorization.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or scrape any software contained on the SiriusPulse platform.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payment terms are strictly enforced, and failure to meet payments may result in the suspension of your account access.

4. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You own all patient data entered into SiriusPulse. We act strictly as a data processor. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained necessary consent and comply with all applicable local medical data privacy laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on SiriusPulse's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sirius Lab Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
